Job Description
Content Marketing – Editor cum Copywriting (Mandarin)
The Role:
You will be in charge of:
Content Strategy
- Develop traffic driving and customers converting content strategy through in-depth competitor analysis and target audience study
- Develop and maintain editorial calendars and project calendar
- Set publishing timelines from idea generation to publication
- Knowing which platform different kinds of content are best suited to
- Plan when and how to repurpose popular content across media platforms
- Maintaining the company web content while implementing SEO best practices
Content Creation
- Identify your audience interest
- Lead research and trend spotting within the field that fuels content creation
- Produce interesting, well-researched content to drive traffic, engage and convert target customers, and improve shared content across social media channels; content to include blog posts, emails, website copy, eBooks, guide, case studies, videos, presentations, speeches, and other content as needed
- Contribute to social media postings and support social media specialist in management of social media accounts
Content Monitoring & Optimisation
- Continuously measure and improve content performance, leveraging Google Analytics and social media analytics tools
- Provide accurate and timely project reporting on all content marketing activities
- Optimise delivery strategy for each piece, repeatedly test various tools, content formats, and distribution channels with various target audience segments
- Optimise the performance of produced content across different platform
- Identify popular/well perform content and strategise how to repurpose the content across media platforms
- Implement new tools and processes for effective creation and measurement of content
- Build and track benchmarks for measuring success and ROI

Requirements:
- Data-driven and highly analytical: GA, FB analytics etc
- Great project management and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, both in English & Mandarin
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin required as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (excel, ppt, words)
- 2-3 years experience in content management and/or social media management
- 4 full time positions available in KL & Penang
