What we need you to do?

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, phone, social media.
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

What are requirement to join our team?

  • Required language : Mandarin (speak and write)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet
