Job Description

What we need you to do?

  • Provide assistance to customers’ product inquiries, events, concerns, and issues.
  • Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to the best ability.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints.
  • Designing content for our Facebook, Instagram, and websites if necessary.
  • Organize, manage, and execute online campaigns and daily social media posting if necessary.
  • Maintain a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval.
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc task as required.

What are the requirements to join our team?

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing/E-commerce, Public Relations, Marketing Communication, Creative Multimedia Design, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
  • Internship Duration: minimal of 3 months up to 6 months.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Mandarin.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to liaise with customers/resellers and work with other team members.
  • Dynamic, energetic and a team player. Able to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Final year student will stand a chance to gain full time employment based on your outstanding performance during your internship.
  • Internship location: Taman Seputeh (Kuala Lumpur) or Bayan Lepas (Penang).
